I used http://www.littleredscrapbook.com/ May Kit.  The flowers are from Prima, the jewels are from ZVA, the stamp is from Close to My Heart, the tag is from Maya Road.  I distressed the card using inks from Close to My Heart.  Thanks so much for looking.  This is a very simple card!  Check http://www.twistedsketches.com/ for the sketch and even greater ideas!
